An individual's responses to any situation revolved around three spheres: control, influence, and acceptance. ‘Control’ relates to what we can directly make it happen as a result of our own choices, regardless of the support from others. Therefore, our area of control can only relate to one’s self and, for that matter, only to our conscious self. 'Influence is defined by our network of relationships. The key to influence lies in understanding the human condition, specialization, conversational skills, and the building of relations. While ‘Acceptance’ enables us to positively choose where we should place our energy and focus. But sometimes we misinterpret and consider acceptance as a sign of weakness, denial, deferral, or inaction. Nevertheless, It is essential to understand and fit the sphere in our daily life and address the situation wisely. Similarly, in spirituality, a sense of propriety is also determined from the wisdom of deciding the appropriate response in each situation. Therefore, “decorum” is not just dos and don’ts but rather a kind of sensibility that can tell if something is “suitable” or “appropriate.” It is a concept that belongs to wisdom rather than to strict rules.

Looking from a different dimension, we admit that the future of every individual throws two apprehensions of life: first, the certainty of death, and second, the uncertainty of everything else in the future. Let us understand what matters to an individual in the uncertainty of the future. In the journey of life, every breath we are taking is a new one, and every moment we are living in a new one. One can’t change the past, nor do we have control over the future. Yet sometimes we encounter instances when we feel that life is stopped for a moment, which might be due to our own perception, but the journey of life continues. Similarly, there are some instances when we feel that life has become full of extreme fluctuations, but even in that situation, life is still continued with its own steady speed. Thus, an indispensable agility in handling every situation of life is always looked for. Referring to a scientific 'term'resonance’ which is a phenomenon that occurs when the natural frequency of a product is at or close to forcing frequency. Taking an example of a swing that is based on mechanical'resonance', It is like a pendulum with a single natural frequency depending on its length or size. If a series of regular pushes are given to the swing, its movement can be built immensely. But If pushes are given irregular, the swing will hardly move. Another example is setting up Radio or transmitter, which we used to have a few decades ago where we turn the knob of a radio to tune a station, we are changing the natural frequency of the electrical circuit of the receiver to make it equal to the broadcast frequency of the radio station. When the two frequencies match, we are able to hear the desired station. But if we unable to tune to the right frequency, we not only fail to listen to our favorite station but also hear unwanted distortion or noise.

it is not the situation but how we respond in that situation matters the most, Our mind has normal tendency to hold negative thoughts and carry away with the circumstances without knowing the fact that situation or circumstances will never remain same for anyone, Sometimes it is favorable and sometimes situation turns out to be unfavorable.
